Product Description

Phosphorus Pentasulfide is a Phosphorus Pentasulfide Cas 1314-80-3, light yellow or gray-yellow crystal with an odor similar to hydrogen sulfide and Phosphorus Pentasulfide Hazardous Chemical. It is highly hygroscopic and decomposes when exposed to water and humid air to release phosphoric acid and hydrogen sulfide. In the pesticide industry, it can be used to synthesize parathion, which is a pesticide. Parathion is a broad-spectrum pesticide. It has contact killing, stomach poisoning, and fumigation effects. It has no systemic conduction effect, but can penetrate into plants. Phosphorus pentasulfide reacts with ethanol to form O,O-diethylphosphorodithiophosphate, which is then chlorinated with chlorine gas to form O,O-diethylphosphorothioate chloride. Put 655kg of 65% sodium p-nitrophenolate and 600L of water into the beating kettle, use hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 9-10, use 40-50℃ steam or air to force the slurry into the synthesis kettle, cool it to about 35℃, and put the content into it at one time Add 538kg of about 90% O,O-diethylphosphorothioate chloride, then add 50.5kg of 30% trimethylamine dropwise, keep the temperature at 35-45°C, and continue the reaction for 1 hour after the dripping is completed in about 30-40 minutes. Transfer the material to the water washing kettle, add 150kg of xylene, and wash twice with 1000L and 1500L water respectively. The washing temperature is about 75°C. The washed crude oil is left to settle in the liquid separation kettle for 8 to 10 hours, and about 800kg of paraphosphorus and sulfur crude oil is separated, with a content between 90% and 95%.
