This standard is applicable to food additive phosphorylated di-starch phosphate prepared by reacting starch starch obtained from edible starch or raw material for producing edible starch with phosphorylating reagent, and combined with enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment and bleaching treatment. And the food additive processed by one or more methods in the pre-gelatinization treatment phosphorylates the starch phosphate.
